The Tempra™ continually heats water instantaneously as you require it - and only when you require it. The Tempra™ unit completely replaces a conventional tank heater with no disruption to your comfort and hot water needs.

- For homes with high demand for hot water using 2 1/2 to 3 major applications at the same time
- To quickly fill large tubs: Roman tubs, garden tubs, jacuzzi, etc
- For homes in the Northern part of the country with colder weather
